Your Winston-Salem Federal Credit Union is excited to introduce our new Courtesy Pay Plus program! We know that waiting in line or on the phone for your funds to transfer can be quite the hassle, so members who opt in to Courtesy Pay Plus will be able to conveniently access their Courtesy Pay funds on the go with either their Debit or ATM cards at any time, any day of the week.* Additionally, there is no longer a waiting period to access your Courtesy Pay funds – as soon as your account is current, you’ll be able to access your Courtesy Pay funds by simply swiping your Debit or ATM card. Best of all, opting in is absolutely free to members who are eligible for standard Courtesy Pay. Ask a member service representative for a Courtesy Pay Plus opt-in form today to skip the lines and save time!** Or, you can alternatively print and fill out this opt in form, then either mail it to us or return it in person and we'll activate Courtesy Pay Plus for you.
*Courtesy Pay funds differ from member to member and are subject to increase or decrease conditioned upon member standing as the credit union sees fit. It is the member’s responsibility to understand and comply with the Courtesy Pay program rules to remain eligible. Using an ATM to access funds will require the member to know how much Courtesy Pay they have available. Balance shown through the kiosk, online banking, the mobile app, or ultra-voice will not reflect the available Courtesy Pay amount. Courtesy Pay remains accessible from share drafts and ACH transactions. **Over the counter and over the phone Courtesy Pay will no longer be available in any capacity after January 6th, 2020. Members will need to opt-in to Courtesy Pay Plus to continue receiving Courtesy Pay funds after this time. Please allow us up to three business days to process any fully completed and returned Courtesy Pay Plus opt-in forms.
