Online Account Opening for Members

WSFCU members access Online Account Opening through Online Banking. You will need to enroll in Online Banking if you have not already done so — it's quick and easy.

To access Online Account Opening:

1. Sign into your Online Banking account.
2. At the top of the Accounts section, click New Account.
3. Select Open an Account.
   

What To Expect

First, you will update your contact information so we can be sure our information is current and accurate.

Then you will select your products and services. You will be able to select from most of our share accounts (savings accounts), share draft accounts (checking accounts), and Certificates of Deposit. If you open a checking account and would like a debit card, checks, or Courtesy Pay Plus, you can add those options too.

After you select your accounts, you will have the opportunity to transfer funds from another financial institution into those accounts. Of course, you can always fund those accounts with a simple transfer from Online Banking or some other way also.

Finally, you will review your selections, read any related disclosures, and submit your application.  In most cases, your new accounts will be set up in a couple of hours, unless it's late in the day. In that case, it may be early the next business day when they are set up. And we will be communicating with you along the way, so you are never in the dark about the status of your application.
