Our safe and secure Online Payment Center allows you to make payments on the go or comfortably at home from a computer, smartphone, or tablet using a debit or credit card.
Great! How does it work?
Just click the link here, enter the security code, click proceed, and follow the instructions on the next page to make your payment.* Payments you make before 4:00PM will be processed the same business day, and any payments you make after 4:00PM will be processed on the following business day.
*There is a convenience fee of 2.5% of the payment per payment made through this service. For example, if you make a $100.00 loan payment, then your debit or credit card will be charged $102.50. Our Online Payment Center will show you the total charge including the convenience fee prior to you confirming your payment.
I'm having trouble making my payment online... what should I do?
Not to worry, just give us a call during business hours at 336-727-2663 and ask for helping making a payment in our Online Payment Center. A phone services representative will gladly walk you through the process or take your information to make the payment over the phone for you at no additional cost.
That does sound easy, but I like options when making loan payments. Are there any other ways I can make loan payments without being assessed a fee?
Absolutely! Winston-Salem Credit Union strives to provide a variety of convenient methods for loan payment. Loan payments made in branch, by payroll deduction, by member periodic payment, by recurring payment from another financial institution, or via our Online Banking service will not incur a fee.
